Doug Stanhope has been one of my favorite comedians for a few years now and when I got the opportunity to do a poster for his upcoming show I jumped at it. Stanhope has released 7 comedy albums to date and has made many TV appearances including co-hosting 2 seasons of the Man Show and a guest appearance on the sitcom "Louie" with Louis C.K.. Indiana University Cinema Presents: Vigilante (1983)

This is a new design commissioned by Indiana University Cinema. It will be featured in the upcoming Grindhouse Series coming up in November and the filmmaker, Bill Lustig (Maniac Cop, Relentless) is scheduled to be in attendance. I love 80's crime flicks and surprisingly, I'd never seen this film before. It's definitely worth checking out if you can find it at your local video store...or just go see it at IU Cinema on November 20th!

This was a poster I was commissioned to do for the Indiana University Cinema. This work has been a blast because I have been able to recreate posters to promote some of my all time favorites. They have given me carte blanche to really get creative.
